Direction for Use    
Adult: 1 capsule a day; Child: 1/2 to 1 capsule a day (Capsule is designed to be able to be taken apart for powdered contents to be poured into mouth or be mixed with room temperature food or drinks, when administering to babies and young children). Consume as soon as capsule is popped out of its blister.
